Deliveries & Returns

Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time:
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, public holidays or courier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, used skincare or beauty products cannot be returned, unless faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and order details.
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
